Hi,
The price of a trip from Amsterdam to Birmingham is £970, plus the cost of the Eurotunnel ticket, which is currently selling at £365 on ___ September, but can vary due to availability, dates and times.
If your collection time is before 10.30 there is a £70 surcharge as the driver would have to travel down the day before to get there in time.
To make a booking we need to know your collection and drop off locations, the time and date, how much luggage you will have and a contact number for on the day. When we have all of this information we will be able to give you a more accurate quote.
Your pet does not have to travel in a crate.
Upon payment (by debit/credit card or bank transfer, (there is a £1 admin fee for UK cards or 3% for all other cards. There is no charge for a UK bank transfer, or £7 for a non-UK transfer) we will book the Eurotunnel ticket and we will send you your booking confirmation which includes a copy of your ticket, and contact details for your driver.

We have everything we need now, final step is payment.
We take full payment upon booking.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card via our secure payment website, or by bank transfer. There is a £1 admin charge if you are using a UK card but cards from anywhere outside the UK carry a 3% charge. With bank transfers there is no charge from UK accounts but international accounts have a £7 charge. If you let me know which method you prefer we will send you the relevant details, upon payment we will book the ticket and send your booking confirmation. If you are paying by card we will need to know if your card is a UK or non-UK card.

版主眼看要交付全額費用，便提出能否以paypal付款，認為較有保障，但可惜寵物的士Pet Taxi公司並不接受paypal，所以最終以銀行過數形式轉帳，以及提供姓氏、航班及目的地Postcode 資料。
